the check-in process was incredibly easy, even though there was no reception desk. the room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchen and a washing machine. the bedroom was cozy and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. With just one stop on the JR train, we could reach the main station, as well as the famous Fushimi Inari Shrine. We were also able to easily walk to Sanjusangen-do Temple, and catch buses to other tourist attractions like Gion and Ginkakuji from just in front of the temple. a great experience. Cons: None 🙌.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is just a short walk from Tofukuji subway station. This convenient access to public transportation allows guests to easily explore all the main tourist spots in the area. For example, it is only two stops away from the famous Fushimi Inari Shrine, and a quick subway ride to the Gion district, where you can experience the geisha culture. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby amenities, such as a Family Mart and a post office.
It would have been even better if the kitchen in the room had a microwave for added convenience during our stay.
